Maintain company calendar schedule and appointment<\/p>\n\n\n\n b. Answer queries by employees and clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n c. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budget<\/p>\n\n\n\n d. Distribute and store correspondence<\/p>\n\n\n\n e. Schedule in-house and external events<\/p>\n\n\n\n f. Analyse historical and current client data to recognise trends and patterns<\/p>\n\n\n\n g. Check that regulatory and ethical guidelines are followed when handling client data<\/p>\n\n\n\n h. Develop action plans for the company<\/p>\n\n\n\n i.
